Requirements to obtain a Mexican Wedding License

The Bride and Groom
1. Copy of birth certificates (you must have the Apostille Convention Certificate, which is a letter and seal given by your birth state)
2. Blood test and certificates issued by hotel physician (completed four business days prior to the wedding)
3. Copy of passport (mandatory; without valid passports, the ceremony will not take place)
4. Copy of ID (driver's license)
5. Copy of final divorce decrees (if applicable)
6. Copy of the Tourist Card (given at the airplane)
7. Four witnesses (if you do not have your own, the hotel will provide them)

The Witness
1. Copy of the Tourist Card (if not Mexican)
2. Copy of passport (mandatory)

All the papers need to be at the Judge's Office at least three business days before the wedding date
